New birth Worker Virtual Mentoring

At Juniper Midwifery, we deeply value the traditional art of midwifery and the natural process of physiologic birth. In support of this, we are excited to offer virtual mentoring for new birth workers. Whether you have questions about marketing your new doula business, want to develop your skills further, or need an experienced mentor to talk through your experiences, we are here to support you. Our mentoring program is designed to guide and empower you every step of the way.

Birth work is filled with many incredible moments, but some births truly challenge every part of your expertise and resilience. As the demand for midwives continues to grow, it’s common to find little time or space to reflect on those especially difficult births. At Juniper Midwifery, we provide a supportive and safe environment where you can process experiences, work through challenges, and engage in meaningful peer review. Here, you are not alone—together, we strengthen our skills and care for the well-being of those we serve and ourselves.
